This program is exclusively for workforce reentry candidates. If you're an experienced cleaning professional looking to join our contractor network, apply directly for your state and division — no Fresh Start evaluation required. WOTC-eligible hiring, mentor-paired onboarding, and a genuine second chance are built into every step here, and it's a real differentiator in our government contracting proposals.

Why O-H Cleaners Exists

I started O-H Cleaners after nearly 10 years in staffing and recruitment — everything from entry-level placements to high-level searches — plus multiple years of hands-on experience in healthcare compliance. That combination showed me exactly where the cleaning industry breaks down: companies throw people onto job sites with little vetting and even less onboarding, then wonder why quality is inconsistent and turnover is constant.

That's the gap O-H Cleaners was built to close. Every contractor on our platform goes through a real onboarding process — background screening, compliance training matched to their division, and a paid evaluation project before they ever touch a client site. It's the same rigor I used placing candidates into high-stakes roles and the same discipline healthcare compliance demands, applied to an industry that's never had it.
