Cancellation Policy
O-H Cleaners Cleaning Service Policy & Client Agreement This Agreement is entered into between O.H Cleaners (“Company”) and the Client for the provision of professional cleaning services. ⸻ 1. Scope of Services O.H Cleaners agrees to provide commercial and/or residential cleaning services as requested by the Client, including but not limited to: • Office cleaning • Deep cleaning • Floor care • Restroom sanitation • Trash removal and surface disinfection Services will be performed according to the agreed service checklist or proposal. ⸻ 2. Scheduling & Access • Client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the premises. • Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional fees or rescheduling. • After-hours services must be scheduled in advance. ⸻ 3. Payment Terms • Payment is due on the agreed schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or per visit). • Late payments over 7 days may incur a late fee of $25 or 5% of the invoice, whichever is greater. • Returned or declined payments will be subject to a $35 processing fee. *Package plans are available following walk-through. ⸻ 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. ⸻ 5. Supplies & Equipment • O.H Cleaners supplies standard cleaning materials and equipment unless otherwise agreed. • Specialty products or green-only supplies may result in additional charges. ⸻ 6. Satisfaction Guarantee • Client must report any concerns within 24 hours of service. • O.H Cleaners will return to correct any verified issues at no additional charge. ⸻ 7. Damage & Liability • O.H Cleaners is not responsible for damage due to: • Pre-existing conditions • Normal wear and tear • Unstable or unsecured items • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours. ⸻ 8. Health & Safety • Client agrees to provide a safe working environment. • O.H Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service in hazardous conditions. ⸻ 9. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice without penalty or fines. ⸻ 10. Confidentiality O.H Cleaners agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and property. 11. Acceptance of Terms By signing below, the Client agrees to all policies stated above.
